Private Chef (Part-Time) - Health-Conscious Entrepreneur NYC
We are seeking a highly skilled, discreet, and health-oriented Private Chef for a busy CEO based in New York City. This part-time role is ideal for a culinary professional who is passionate about clean, low-glycemic, low-carb cuisine and has a proven track record working in high-end private households.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver fresh, delicious, and nutrient-dense meals focused on low-carb, low-glycemic, and anti-inflammatory principles
- Cook and prep in the client's residence 1-2 days per week, stocking the fridge with ready-to-go meals and snacks
- Collaborate with the client (and/or House Manager) to design weekly menus that align with their health and fitness goals
- Source and select high-quality, organic ingredients, with attention to local and seasonal produce
- Maintain a spotless kitchen environment and handle all clean-up post-prep
- Occasionally adjust meals based on dietary shifts or new wellness goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Private Chef, preferably for HNWIs or executive clients
- Demonstrated expertise in low-carb, low-glycemic, and clean eating cuisines
- Strong understanding of macros, nutrition, and functional wellness cooking
- Professional, organized, and punctual-no attitude, no nonsense
- Comfortable with feedback and adaptable to a high-performance environment
- Culinary degree or advanced certifications in nutrition or functional cooking preferred
Schedule:
1-2 days per week in-residence, with flexibility to accommodate changing needs
