Print Fleet Support Specialist
Albuquerque, MN (onsite)Overview: Responsible for managing fleets of business document output devices (printers, copiers, and fax machines) at IMS customer locations. Focuses on maximizing uptime, utilization, and user satisfaction while minimizing costs. Requires frequent site visits within a 15-mile radius.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure client service levels are met.
- Engage resources to prevent and address issues.
- Oversee parts and supplies procurement, distribution, and inventory.
- Coordinate machine moves, removals, and installations.
- Track machine lease expirations and end-of-service dates.
- Collect and validate periodic meter readings.
- Maintain TRAC Fleet Management databases and generate reports.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide technology updates.
- Support national launch programs and field training.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of project/program management and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of printers, multi-function printers, and devices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with TRAC, FMAudit, Oracle, and PS tools preferred.
- Must be vaccinated and able to travel within a 15-mile radius.
- Must have personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Mileage will be reimbursed.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with normal temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
- Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting objects under 20 lbs.
- Requires moderate dexterity for tasks like keyboard use and handling tools.
