Job Summary: We are looking for a high energy, detail-oriented team leader. The Print and Mail Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of print and mail operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and high quality print jobs. This role involves supporting a team, implementing and maintaining procedures, and optimizing processes to meet business needs.
Salary:
Pay range $26.88 - $28.45
Actual salary offered is determined by the candidate's experience, education, skills, and other factors, including internal equity and university funding resources.

Job Description: What we are looking for:

What you will be doing:
- Manage daily operations of Mail Services including sorting, delivering, receiving and forwarding of all mail and packages for students, staff and faculty
- Manage daily operations of Print Services including job prioritizing, copying, post work, and invoicing
- Process bulk mailings including mailable print piece, preparing electronic files, barcode, permits, address printing, bundling and delivery
- Provide daily accounting support including balancing the cash drawer, verifying deposits, and processing invoices for payment
- Assist with monthly accounting including departmental billing, receivable billing and reconciliation
- Assist with yearly accounting and annual budget
- Assist with leading the development and staff training of Print & Mail Services
- Stay up to date with ever-changing postal regulations
Qualifications:
- Requires two years of management experience
- Commitment to a positive customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Google Suite is desirable
- Ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of accounting principles, adequate to perform duties, is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Command of correct English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation, strong proofreading and editing skills
- A positive outlook on life and an enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate and exercise important human relation skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
