Key Responsibilities:
• Be a pivotal technical contributor as our company scales.
• Architect, implement, and own core components that power our product.
• Collaborate with the founding team to understand business needs and lead the development of features and our technical roadmap.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, architecture, and scalability.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Expertise in Typescript, React, Next, and/or Python, with experience in Node.js, Postgres, SQL, RPC, and Temporal (or similar platforms).
• Expertise in AWS and related services.
• Prior experience taking ownership of a code base
• Prior experience taking a product from POC to market
• Strong alignment with our mission and a passion for positively impacting clinicians and patient care.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High ownership and leadership experience in developing products from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in backend technical design and implementation, comfortable working across the entire stack.
• Experience with greenfield technical design for critical products and features in collaboration with technical and non-technical counterparts.
• Familiarity with agile development, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
• Expertise in designing sophisticated multi-layer backend architectures.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, especially with PHI.
• Understanding of modern AI technologies like NLP, LLMS, RAG architectures, and their applications.
• Skilled in architecting systems for document-heavy data sets.
• Passionate about learning, staying current with new technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.
