Title: Principal Workflows Staff Software Engineer
Location: Southwest Region
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm
Description:
• The Principal Workflows Engineer serves as a technical leader, driving the design and development of advanced workflow systems and customizable form solutions.
• The role involves hands-on coding, architectural design, and team leadership to create scalable, flexible, and efficient solutions that align with business goals.
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience in developing scalable workflow and dynamic form systems.
• Expertise in workflow design principles, state management, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, such as object-oriented or scripting languages commonly used in software development.
• Strong understanding of business process automation and dynamic form generation techniques.
• Proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams in workflow and form solution development.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in database design and optimization for managing workflow states and form data.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and optimize high-performance systems.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying scalable applications.
• Knowledge of secure software development principles for workflows and forms.
• Advanced understanding of system integration between workflows, forms, and enterprise solutions.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project execution.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $161000K-$230000K
