The successful applicant will also be passionate about the value of our AHP workforce and in continuing to develop our workforce of highly engaged and skilled therapists and therapy support workers.

The successful candidate will also be an integral part of the multidisciplinary iBeds Directorate Senior Leadership Team, with a chance to develop operational and service development skills and to influence improvements across multiple clinical areas.

About us

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWBT) is an integrated careorganisation with a budget of approximately £600 million and over 7,000 staff. As a team, we live our core Trust values of ambition, respect and compassion. Our Trust takes a strongly integrated, person-centred approach where independence and early intervention is promoted and encouraged using 'What matters to you?' principles.
