Principal Systems Engineer

Title: Principal Systems Engineer

Pay: 120k/yr with benefits, only FTE, ONLY US CITIZENS

Location: Dayton, Ohio - Start Remote (Expected to be onsite in 1 month from start date)

Job Description:

• 5 + years working in Aerospace Industry

• 5 + years developing and reviewing System Requirement Document (SRD) and Design Requirements Document (DRD) for the Aerospace Industry

• Expert Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

• PTC Windchill experience (Required)

• DOORS Next Gen Experience (Required)

• Experience with development and executing test programs

• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

• Must take accountability to achieve program requirements, such as meeting deadline on deliverables, implementing total quality management, reliability analysis, and cost/.benefit analysis

• Clear thinker and ability to work with limited information and ambiguous problem definitions.

Restricted to US Citizen Only

• Experience with reviewing and developing Specification Control Drawings and Test Procedures, using the DOORS Next Generation Tool.

• Experience with Aviation Electrical System, including Motors/Generators and Power Conversion units.

• Basic understanding of test equipment such as Oscilloscope, Signal Generators, and Power Supplies.

• FAA Certification(s) is a bonus.

• Strong analytical, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Good working knowledge in PTC Windchill SW

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Excel and Word

• Candidates that can report on-site are preferred.
