Think big and act bold-express your authentic self. Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Principal Solution Architect, Sales Performance Management (SPM) to join our Professional Services team in the UK.

Your Impact

As a Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions in strategic accounts. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the Architectural SME for large-scale Sales Performance Management implementations
  • Collaborating with customer teams to transform and optimize business processes through the Anaplan Platform
  • Translating existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
  • Supporting scoping, estimations, and customer presentations as part of a Solution Sales process
  • Assisting with knowledge management, mentoring, and enablement across the Professional Services Teams
  • Maintaining relationships across internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Designing and leading development of data integration and migration solutions
  • Supporting and overseeing UAT testing and deployment
Preferred Skills
  • Extensive experience implementing Sales Performance Management Solutions (Anaplan, SAP, Varicent, or similar)
  • Domain expertise in Sales Performance Management areas such as Sales Forecasting, Territory and Quota, Incentive Compensation Management
  • Ability to lead and advise on complex projects
  • Knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies
  • Experience with data integration processes and platforms
  • A passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter
