Requirements

Position Summary

Hirsch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Manager to lead and manage the company's critical business systems, with a strong focus on CRM and its integration with NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, development of customized process flows, and practical knowledge of ERP integration practices. This role will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT leadership to optimize system performance, align business processes, and deliver transformational technology solutions.

  • Key Internal Relationships: Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, accounting, Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Service, G&A and Executive's
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for overseeing configuration, customization, user management, and daily operations.
  • Develop, document, and maintain customized process flows, approval workflows, automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers where needed), and custom objects in Salesforce to support business needs.
  • Lead and manage integrations between and NetSuite ERP, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional business units to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to optimize CRM and ERP usage.
  • Manage system roadmaps, projects, and enhancements from planning to delivery, including testing, deployment, and training.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal users through training, documentation, troubleshooting, and change management.
  • Ensure system data integrity by establishing proper governance, validation rules, and audit processes.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and consultants as needed for specialized projects or technical escalations.
  • Stay current on Salesforce and NetSuite platform updates, releases, and best practices to ensure the systems evolve with the company's needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide visibility to business performance and KPIs.
Education, Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration and process flow design, preferably in a B2B, distribution, or professional services environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Flows, Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Working knowledge and experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly related to CRM, order management, and finance modules.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) through APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales operations, customer service, marketing automation, and financial operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in documentation, training delivery, and end-user support.
  • Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, or similar integration platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data migration and data hygiene best practices.

Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Our compensation philosophy ensures that your contributions are recognized and rewarded, promoting both your professional development and personal well-being.

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000
