Candidates sought to provide on-site support to the ACO Advanced Resilience portfolio in support of CAP/SAP integration efforts for the joint DoD/IC community. Successful candidates will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the Joint Staff Planning Process (JPP) and OSD and Joint Staff policies and regulations that pertain to the protection of SAP data. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating meetings with other government partners/agencies, organizing and attending planning conferences, and designing deployment plans for R&D devices. The ideal candidate possesses technical expertise and experience with the analysis of large SAP portfolios, the experience of reading and analyzing highly technical and exquisite intelligence reporting, and technical knowledge of defensive cyber operations, processes, and procedures. Exemplary candidates have demonstrated an ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation cyber research and previous work experience having worked for the DoD or IC components. Qualifications:
• DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. The ability to obtain and maintain a CI or FS polygraph.
• Experience with reading/analyzing exquisite CAP intelligence products.
• Experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work with little oversight to take abstract problems, provide detailed analysis, and generate recommendations, both individually and as part of a team managing a DARPA research and development program. Desired Qualifications:
• Prior military experience or experience working with the Joint Staff, OSD, and the Services.
• Background in military operations and employment of U.S. weapons systems.
• Experience with the employment of enterprise or tactical network engineering and operations.
• Experience with COMSEC devices and key management, classified network accreditation, and/or DOD cyber security activities.
• Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to proofread and perform quality control on technical documents and briefing slides
