About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with expertise in human capital management (HCM) transformation across industries. The role involves leading the design and delivery of HCM digital enablement services, managing large-scale transformation programs, and supporting sales activities. Candidates should have experience with HCM solutions like Workday, SuccessFactors, and others, and be capable of managing change management and organizational design initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage organizational HCM transformation programs.
2. Engage with clients to understand needs, demonstrate expertise, and deliver value.
3. Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, and risks.
4. Lead teams, foster collaboration, and ensure quality standards.
5. Serve as a client liaison and develop thought leadership in HCM.
6. Support sales and business development efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week within the US.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Resident near one of the specified hub locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Experience leading HCM transformation projects in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver.
