Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage control engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI systems using Allen Bradley/Rockwell products and Ignition software.
• Develop and maintain control system documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and software code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliable operation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in control engineering and water/wastewater technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in control engineering, with a focus on PLC and HMI programming.
• Extensive experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell products and Ignition software.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects in the water/wastewater industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
