Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Technologies, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods.
- 8+ years of experience developing and executing engineering strategies in manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple engineering functions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Key leader within the Global Engineering and Project Management team, responsible for driving strategic capital projects across the Global Supply Chain. This role requires a strong technical foundation in industrial manufacturing, with expertise in mechanical and electrical design and software integration for comprehensive sub-system capabilities.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead Capital Critical Planning initiatives, ensuring alignment between short-term and long-term projects with overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies that drive operational efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage.
- Oversee project performance, ensuring effective planning, resource management, quality control, and cost efficiency.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Direct and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering collaboration with internal departments and external vendors.
- Ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, including team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Assign work responsibilities, conduct performance evaluations, and optimize staff utilization for project success.
Technical Oversight
- Develop and approve Master Engineering Projects, including detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, Global standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide engineered solutions and root cause analysis to address complex manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Financial & Project Management
- Lead budgeting and financial planning for global engineering initiatives.
- Analyze costs and implement cost-reduction strategies for capital improvements and maintenance projects.
- Track and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to contractual, financial, and scheduling objectives.
