Job Summary:
- Our Principal Engineers work with a variety of technologies and groundbreaking products.
- Design and develop product features that tackle market problems within project schedule deadlines while focusing on performance and scalability improvements.
- Will work with Linuz based Java coding experience and relational databased called Single Store.
- Use rabbit MQ and Kafka & heavy SMP protocol.
- Work with several spring framework. (Uses emory database called Apache Ignite which is very similar to radius)
- Back end working on the UI side.
Qualifications :
- BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar degree program and 8+ years of software product development experience in a Linux distributed applications environment
- Highly proficient in Java with in-depth knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, Kafka and Kafka Stream, Web Services.
- Understand database design, experience using SQL and NoSQL database and distributed in-memory data store such as Apache Ignite or Redis.
- Experience with design, development of large-scale distributed applications.
- Solid understanding of network programming, including Sockets, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP and related networking protocols
- Exposure to cloud native architecture and experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud deployments and containerized applications
- Network management software experience is desired
- Strong Java coding software development skill.
- Proficient programming high performance Java based software.
- Python experience desired
- DOCSIS or pound network

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
