What You'll Do as Principal Design Engineer RFIC:
- Own the full IC design flow: from initial spec development to validation and volume release.
- Run advanced simulations, validate performance, and deliver production-ready designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product, test, applications, and customer engineering-to bring high-performance RFICs to market.
- Act as the technical lead on projects, mentoring engineers and ensuring on-time execution.
- Support lab characterization, debug, and refinement of MMICs with hands-on precision.
What You Bring as Principal Design Engineer RFIC:
- A deep command of GaAs and GaN MMIC design, simulation, and optimization techniques.
- 15+ years of RFIC design success, with real-world product launches and field-proven results.
- Mastery in designing critical RF topologies: LNAs, TWAs, VGAs, PAs, gain blocks, detectors, and more.
- Bonus if you've worked on: mixers, phase shifters, attenuators, or low phase noise amps.
- Proficiency in ADS, AWR, EM simulation tools, and lab measurement equipment.
- Skilled in thermal analysis, validation strategies, and production-level qualification processes.
- Experience leading or mentoring design teams and coordinating across disciplines.
- Strong project planning skills and the drive to push a product from idea to market impact.
