Description:

• The Principal CMS Engineer will act as a technical leader responsible for the design, development, and optimization of scalable content management systems (CMS), dynamic templating solutions, and messaging infrastructures.

• This role combines architectural oversight, hands-on development, and team mentoring to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable CMS platforms, templating systems, and messaging solutions.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages commonly used in system development.

• Strong understanding of CMS architecture principles, dynamic templating methods, and messaging system design.

• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with proven experience guiding engineering teams in creating high-performance systems.

• Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

• Experience with database management for CMS and messaging systems, including handling large data volumes.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize performance for high-concurrency, high-volume scenarios.

• Problem-solving expertise with a focus on system reliability and scalability.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for deploying and scaling applications.

• Knowledge of secure coding principles in the context of CMS and messaging systems.

• Expertise in integrating CMS with templating and messaging infrastructures.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $161000K-$230000K
