Job Title: Principal Business Analyst
Our client, a well-known Insurance Company, is looking to hire a Principal Business Analyst to work closely with the Programme Manager on a large migration programme. The ideal candidate must have experience working within the insurance industry sector.
Location:
Bristol, Norwich, or Perth (Scotland) - Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days per week on-site. London location may be an option.
Day Rate:
Competitive, via Umbrella Company (Inside IR35)
Job Duties:
- Help to shape the roadmap for the migration programme.
- Act more as a strategist rather than just a Senior Business Analyst. Consultancy background would be advantageous.
- Develop Treatment Plans.
- Manage and supervise a team of Business Analysts.
- Understand the complexities and sensitivities associated with a large Transition/Migration Programme.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven Business Analysis background at Lead/Principal level.
- Strategist background, not just a Senior Business Analyst experience.
- Track record of overseeing programs from inception to mobilisation and managing teams of Business Analysts.
- Experience with M&A & Integration.
- Solid background in General Insurance.
- Experience with Product, Structure, Personal Lines, Policy Admin Systems, Claims, Audit, Data & Analytics, and other areas of Insurance.
- Previous experience operating at this level and managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Ability to foster team collaboration and build high-performing teams.
- Experience working with external teams.
- Strong influencing skills and key stakeholder engagement abilities.
