This fast-paced drug discovery start-up is looking for an experienced computational/scientific scientist with a passion for utilizing the latest in machine/deep learning. THE ROLE:
As the Principal Biological Machine Learning Scientist, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing deep learning models for sequencing datasets
- Analyzing functional genomics datasets to provide actionable insights
- Mentoring junior members of the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
The successful Principal Biological Machine Learning Scientist will have the following skills and experience:
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, etc.
- Proficiency in Python and associated ML/DL stack
- Extensive industry experience developing deep learning/transformer models
- Prior application of neural networks highly desirable
