Key Responsibilities: - Guide the Project Team in the successful implementation of Primavera P6.
- Design and coordinate comprehensive training programs for Primavera P6 to ensure all users are proficient.
- Provide continuous training and support to enhance user knowledge and effectiveness.
- Offer technical assistance regarding Primavera system interconnectivity with other IT systems and databases.
- Analyze system efficiency and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement in project planning processes.
- Generate insightful reporting as requested by end users and leadership.
- Act as the internal expert for all Primavera P6 operations, supporting users across the organization.
- Stay informed about ship repair scheduling essentials to facilitate successful project execution.
Qualifications: - Extensive experience with Primavera Software is essential.
- Familiarity with P6 integrations, API, and Webservices is an advantage.
- Proven ability to develop custom training for a diverse workforce.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate.
- Understanding of Secure System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management, including change management controls and safety analysis.
- Excellent time management, technical, and communication skills are crucial.
- Strong collaboration abilities across multifunctional teams.
- Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
- Self-starter with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience: Demonstrated experience with Primavera P6 is required. Relevant project management coursework or certifications, computer science training, or completion of Primavera P6 training is a plus. Leadership experience during a Primavera P6 implementation in a multifunctional setting is also advantageous.
Working Conditions: This position is primarily office-based. On-site visits to the shipyard may be required to assess ongoing operations and conduct training.
