Primary Technical Control Facility Lead with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our Tech Control facilities. As a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, you will: Oversee daily operations of the Tech Control facility, ensuring all systems and equipment function at optimal levels. Lead and mentor a team of tech control professionals, providing guidance on projects and mission-critical operations. Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with industry standards, ITSM best practices, and regulatory compliance. Manage Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions, ensuring efficient incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution. Coordinate and supervise the restoration and reporting functions necessary for the effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance Bachelor's Degree in a related field Minimum 5 year's experience with managing and operating cryptographic facilities
