We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teacher's to register with Tradewind Recruitment to support our schools and academies acrossn Nottinghamshire. As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across the area, stepping in for absent staff and supporting students in their learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering lessons and ensuring a high standard of teaching.
- Providing a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure continuity and a smooth learning experience.
- Adapting teaching strategies to suit the diverse needs of students.
- Promoting the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their education.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and work effectively as part of a team.
