About Open Cities Health Center Open Cities Health Center (OCHC) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. It has been a respected neighborhood institution for more than 57 years and is committed to racial equity and improving the health of both its patients and community. OCHC provides primary medical, dental, mental health, vision, and chiropractic care out of its two locations. In 2023, its providers delivered 21,000 visits to 6,500 people. Most of OCHC's patients are from diverse racial, socio-economic, cultural, and linguistic groups. About the Opportunity OCHC seeks an energetic, mission-minded physician to provide holistic care to patients from various socio-economic, racial, language, and cultural communities and to address racial inequities. The physician works in a team to ensure patients receive comprehensive care by partnering with other OCHC specialties including mental health, community mental health, eye, dentistry, and chiropractic care. As a training site, the physician will be able to mentor and train students (as desired). The physician must be board-certified in family, pediatrics, or internal medicine. The position has limited on-call duties and no hospital privileges are required. OCHC offers a flexible working environment with a competitive salary and benefits package and a $10,000 signing bonus. Tax-free loan repayment through the National Health Service Corp is likely for providers who work at least half-time.
