Basic Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice medicine in the State of North Carolina.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

General Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the WIMC team, the Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive services to patients aged sixteen and above for Internal Medicine or newborn to adult for Family Medicine. Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive services, and health maintenance. Position Details:
  • Monday through Friday (4 days per week) schedule with no hospital requirements.
  • First-year compensation includes a one-year base salary, with eligibility for shareholder status after twelve months. Second-year physicians move to a productivity formula with no ceiling.
  • Second-year physicians are also eligible for ownership in the practice's new 48,000 square foot building.

Compensation Information:
$205000.00 / Annually - $325000.00 / Annually
