We are currently hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our expanding team at various locations in Pueblo, CO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $230,000+ annually

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 after orientation, $5,000 after one year)

Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision with low deductibles

Retirement: 403(b) with up to 6% matching

Qualifications (Required)

  • MD or DO, licensed to practice in Colorado
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine (preferred)
  • DEA & Suboxone DEA Certification
  • CPR, ACLS, or Advanced Life Support certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-12 months)
  • Malpractice insurability under employer-provided coverage
  • Computer proficiency for EMR documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience treating patients with addictions or severe mental illness

Background in multidisciplinary team settings

Experience in managed care environments

Spanish language skills
