We are currently hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our expanding team at various locations in Pueblo, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $230,000+ annually
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 after orientation, $5,000 after one year)

Qualifications (Required)
- MD or DO, licensed to practice in Colorado
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine (preferred)
- DEA & Suboxone DEA Certification
- CPR, ACLS, or Advanced Life Support certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-12 months)
- Malpractice insurability under employer-provided coverage
- Computer proficiency for EMR documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience treating patients with addictions or severe mental illness
Background in multidisciplinary team settings
Experience in managed care environments
Spanish language skills
