An established practice in Providence, RI is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Local candidates with 1-2 years of primary care, internal medicine or urgent care experience will be considered first.
Responsibilities:
Full-time or part-time options available - primary care (seeing pediatric-geriatric patients)
Clinic based
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Qualifications:
Rhode Island State License
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
