This Pricing and Programming Analyst position is responsible for supporting the sales incentive programs for Case IH, by developing, implementing and supervising these plans.
This position is eligible for HYBRID working arrangements and should be within a commutable distance to our office in Racine, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements sales incentive programs to stimulate demand for Case IH portfolio of products in a timely and accurate manner. - Coordinates with marketing and finance to ensure the design, development and cost will achieve market competitiveness and increased market share with positive impact to the company's gross margin.
- Develops, implements and reports on program spend and usage to ensure that program spend is within the forecast and budget and that the program is effective.
- Initiates financial analysis to provide program alternatives and the impact on retail volumes, market share and company financials.
- Communicates and acts as resource to interpret commercial retail programs and policy detail for internal and field organizations. Offers suggestions on how to use programs to optimize price of product.
- Uses market research, product analysis, and field/dealer customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories.
- Coordinate programming campaign activities with product marketing, commercial marketing and the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience within a business environment
- Ability to perform financial analysis and analyze data
- Intermediate to Advanced with Microsoft Excel (Experience with SAP desired)

The annual salary for this role is $62,000 - $83,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
