Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base + performance-based commission (can easily 2-3X+ take-home), bonus, and stock options

We're hiring a Preventive & Integrative Medicine Operations Strategist-a client-facing, consultative leader who bridges strategy, clinical insight, and operational execution.
This is not a sales job. It's customer success with clinical depth: a role for someone who wants to advise, empower, and co-build with the clinicians shaping the future of healthcare.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for high-value Endless Health clients-clinicians building preventive care businesses.
- Guide clients in operationalizing their practice model using Endless Diagnostics and the Endless Health suite (including software and clinical services).
- Partner closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure client success is central to product and business development.
- Translate clinical workflows and preventive health strategies into scalable, repeatable models supported by data and technology.
- Help ensure that our partners deliver long-term, high-quality, high-impact care.
