As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Preventive Maintenance Lead Technician to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians in performing preventive maintenance on industrial and hydronic boilers.
- Train entry-level technicians on boiler shutdown, opening, annual maintenance, closing, and proper startup procedures.
- Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards.
- Perform hydro testing, combustion analysis, and troubleshoot issues involving boilers, deaerators, feed tanks, and pumps.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly using industry-standard terminology.
- Collaborate with the coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing for all maintenance tasks.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and recommend additional service needs beyond the initial scope of work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Lead Boiler Maintenance Technician.
- Expertise in industrial and hydronic boiler systems, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially related to hydro testing and combustion analysis.
- Ability to train and coach entry-level technicians in technical procedures and safety practices.
- Excellent customer service abilities and professional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for recommending additional services and repairs.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with manufacturers like Cleaver Brooks, Hurst, Kewanee, Superior, Fulton, Johnston, York Shipley, and others.
- Knowledge of boiler feedwater systems, pumps, and deaerators.
