Under the general direction of a Printing Plant Superintendent, the Associate Printing Plant Superintendent (APPS) assist a Printing Plant Superintendent and supervises a group of employees and is responsible for directing production functions, monitoring the daily operations of Pressroom production staff, maintaining workload, and enforcing a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with the Office of State Publishing (OSP) policies, procedures, and guidelines.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.
