Press Line Machine Operators / Assistants

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $21.00/HR (+.75 for nights) + bonus every 6 months - Permanent Position with Benefits. 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities / $1000.00 Sign On Bonus Twinsburg, Ohio area manufacturing company seeks several Press Machine Operators and Assistants for 2nd and 3rd shift openings REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate Machine operator experience (plastic environment preferred) Previous press line, die cutting, or extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus. Set up and operates press line to produce plastic cutout components Load bulk rolls on machine Install and remove steel rule dies in machine Create template when installing die to set up and verify even pressure Inspect produces parts for defects Tow motor / Fork lift experience preferred Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50-100 pounds. (Over 50 lbs. with an assist). Good verbal and written communication skills Alert / attentive to observe machine operations and gauges to detect defective material / machine malfunctions then stop and start machine as needed $15-$18 (+$.75 shift pay) Press Line Assistant for 2nd shift (temp to perm) $18-$20 (+$.75 shift pay) Press Line Operator for 3rd shift (temp to perm preferred) $1000 Sign on bonus Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
