Central Point Partners is working with a Digital Marketing Organization to help identify it's next CEO.
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to take over day-to-day executive responsibilities from its founder and current CEO. This individual will guide business development, lead operational improvements, and position the agency for scalable growth-while staying deeply connected to clients and the internal team.
Short-Term Responsibilities (First 12 Months):
- Lead business development efforts; present to prospective clients (especially dental practices)
- Maintain and grow key client relationships; drive account expansion opportunities
- Optimize internal operations for cost savings, especially personnel and contractor spend
- Evaluate performance and efficiency of existing departments and staff
- Oversee account management strategy and ensure client success metrics are met
- Participate in internal quality assurance processes
Long-Term Goals (12-36 Months):
- Increase annual revenue from $6M to $7.5M+
- Execute growth initiatives (e.g., new service lines, cross-sell programs, scalable offerings)
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year growth plan with the potential for equity participation
- Expand business outside the dental niche under a new brand
- Establish scalable systems to reduce founder dependency
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Required:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (agency or services preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing small business teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of building or scaling organizations
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (in person and virtual)
- Comfortable with travel and in-person business development (conferences, presentations)
- Experience mentoring and developing teams
Preferred (Nice to Haves):
- Previous small business or startup leadership experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, especially in SEO, paid media, or local marketing
- Comfortable with light client consulting on process and operations
- Experience in managing vendor/contractor relationships
- Background in the dental, medical, or professional services space

Compensation:
- Base salary: Expected range starting at $150,000+, depending on experience
