Role/Responsibilities
HCLTech's CTO office is an exciting and dynamic organization that is making Digital Transformation real for our clients globally. We are looking for a Digital Solutions Leader to join the presales solutions function. Must have experience in helping drive presales / technical solutions in one or more of the areas below:
- ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
- Application Services (Cloud Native Application Development, Sustenance and Modernization)
- Core processes and systems in PLM, MES etc.
- IoT and Industry 4.0
- Supply Chain, CRM, Ecommerce solutions - Salesforce, BlueYonder, Manhattan etc
- Data Platform Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms and Data Engineering
- Insights and Analytics, including impact of AI on
Familiarity in one of the following industry verticals will be a huge plus:
- Utilities
- Aerospace
- Manufacturing
Key responsibilities will include:
This is a P&L leadership role that will be responsible for leading innovative solutions for HCLTech's industry.
- Own and manage pipeline for the portfolio. Take accountability for the end-to-end presales and solutions process culminating in successful execution of customer programs.
- Interfacing with HCLTech sales and delivery to manage all presales activities from capability presentations through SOW negotiations.
- The candidate should possess a demonstrated breadth of knowledge across various Digital solutions/ technology stacks and ability to provide guidance to diverse stakeholders and
- Demonstrated Ability to elicit client requirements via discussions and put together creative solutions with minimal information, global teams and tight deadlines is required.
- Delivering expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms,
Role and Responsibilities
- Support and drive growth for the unit; support New and Existing customer across opportunities (RFP's, Proactive bids, transformation initiatives)
- Work with subject matter experts, partners and clients to conceptualize, create and communicate Digital Solutions under very tight deadlines.
- Propose the right engagement model, commercial model for opportunities
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience, and other Requirements
- Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers
- 10+ years of relevant IT Services Industry experience
- Comfort in operating independently in unstructured environment and in grey zones across teams
- Strong presentation and facilitation skill
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $150000 per annum
Pay Range Maximum: $180000 per annum

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
