Qualifications
- Cooking experience or the desire to learn to cook
- Hard-working team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand through duration of shift
- Be at least 16 years old
Responsibilities
- Understand food safety and help maintain a clean restaurant
- Communicate effectively with managers, fellow , and customers
- Follow proper cooking techniques for all dishes while maintaining quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
- Ensure food quality and timeliness
- Understanding of basic kitchen skills
- Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, signature sauces, and ability to describe flavor profile
