Prep Cook

The Fiamma Commissary kitchen is looking for hard-working and reliable employees for our prep kitchen. We prepare recipes from scratch for Fiamma Pizza and Fiamma Burger daily. We take pride in using good ingredients This is a perfect job for an individual whom loves to cook, know how to follow a recipe and prefers a non-retail cooking environment.

Responsibilities:

Ability to follow a recipe

Prepare cooked and non-cooked food with consistency

To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces

Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.

Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized

Qualifications:

Able to obtain WA State Food Handlers Card

Ability to ride a delivery trike.

Effective communication skills

Ability to lift 30+ lbs

Ability to work standing for 7+ hours

Compensation $17.66 - $19/hr, generous meal discounts.
