WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?: RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Prep Cook, these are the results you'll be hired to accomplish:
" Accurate & High-Quality Food Preparation" Quick & Efficient Execution of Prep Lists" Meticulous Inventory Rotation & Organization" Squeaky Clean & Organized Prep & Storage Areas PAY
The total compensation for this position will be between $18 - $22 per hour.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of the prep kitchen. This position will have a flexible schedule, with fluctuations based on weekly forecasted sales and special events. Morning and afternoon shifts are most common, but occasional evening shifts may be necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Here are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves:
- At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume food production - strongly preferred
- Must have current ServSafe Food Handler Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically able to stand, walk, and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays
- For full-time positions, must have open availability
- Familiarity with MarginEdge - a plus.
