Position Overview for Prep Cook & Dishwasher: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Prep Cook & Dishwasher to join our dining team. This role involves preparing meals to delight residents while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food service and takes pride in creating a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities as Prep Cook & Dishwasher: - Meal Preparation: Assist in the preparation and plating of meals, following menus and accommodating dietary needs.
- Dishwashing & Cleaning: Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
- Inventory Support: Organize, store, and rotate food supplies for optimal freshness.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety standards to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef and dining team to ensure smooth operations.
