Premium, Partnership Success Intern - $15.97/ Hour The Premium, Partnership Success Intern supports the Premium Sales and Partnership Success teams by focusing on premium sales and service through executing suite and loge rentals for all Minnesota Wild home games and arena events. This role will work closely with annual products focusing on client experience, benefit management, and supporting revenue generation.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions: - Provide exceptional service and communication to premium clients.
- Maintain exclusive suite and loge partner relationships.
- Communicate effectively with premium clients via phone and email.
- Manage post-game survey responses.
- Support sales, fulfillment, and game day operations for premium spaces.
- Complete premium seating sales efforts by making outbound calls.
- Independently assist with the suite rentals by managing inbound email box, processing orders in CRM, and visiting in game.
- Accurately relay catering orders and key information to the premium catering department.
- Assist in day-to-day revenue management, project management, and suite level operations for rental and annual clients.
- Manage and update suite signs for all events.
- Contribute to product development and departmental initiatives.
- Assist in the development of annual suite and loge products, benefits, and experiences.
- Assist with marketing and promotional materials for annual products.
- Support all other department initiatives which may include gifting, event planning, prospecting, and information management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:Formal Education & Certification: - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management or other related fields or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience: - At least one year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Knowledge of hockey preferred but not required.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Personal Attributes: - Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment with a focus on quality fan and guest experience.

Work Conditions: - Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
