Preconstruction Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates at all stages of design
- Conduct value engineering reviews and provide strategic input on systems and materials
- Manage subcontractor bids and maintain historical cost data
- Review plans and drawings for cost and constructability insights
- Support early procurement and logistics planning with development and project teams
What you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or a related role i.e. PM that estimates or is involved in Preconstuction (if you have more or less than 5 years, please still get in touch)
- Strong technical understanding of building systems and construction methods
- Proficiency with drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost-planning tools
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work proactively within a collaborative environment

- Above market and competitive - up to $200k (above for a more experienced and senior candidate)
