About the Role
PSR Solutions is currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Pre-Plastering Labourer / Pre-Boarder to join an active housing site in Redcar, near Middlesbrough. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience preparing plots ahead of plastering and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying and fitting plasterboards
Preparing plots for internal plastering work
Supporting trades on-site as required
Keeping work areas clean and safe
Following site health & safety protocols
Reporting to the site supervisor
Requirements
Valid CSCS card
Previous experience with plasterboarding or pre-plastering labouring
Physically fit and able to lift materials as needed
Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
Own PPE: hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility vest
