Core Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and build rapport by asking questions to understand their needs and interests.
  • Make vehicle recommendations that fit the client's lifestyle and preferences.
  • Demonstrate vehicles highlighting appealing features and technology and accompany clients on test drives.
  • Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, vehicle technology and additional product options to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Educate customers on warranties, the purchase process, and initial financing options, and assist in the completion of sales paperwork.
  • Negotiate deals that satisfy the customer and the dealership's goals.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to customers and follow-up after the purchase to ensure clients are happy with their vehicle purchase and their buying experience.
  • Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales and referrals, logging sales activities in the CRM system daily.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of automotive sales experience is required; internet sales experience is preferred. Experience representing a luxury brand is ideal.
  • A welcoming and friendly demeanor to make positive impressions on guests.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills including communication, active listening and rapport building.
  • Knowledgeable about current automotive trends with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • Self-motivated and achievement driven with an impressive work ethic.
  • Persuasiveness with strong negotiation and presentation skills to overcome client objections, close deals, and meet sales goals.
  • Technology proficient, adapting to evolving technology and dealership software with ease.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:

We are open Monday - Saturday from 8AM to 8PM. We are looking for flexible candidates who are able to work various shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays and holidays. This is an onsite, full-time role working with customer in-person, online, and over the phone.
