Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pre-Fabrication Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in preparing materials and components for fabrication and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to producing high-quality work within set timelines.

- $16.00-$18.00/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and assembly of components for pre-fabrication processes.
- Measure and cut materials to the required dimensions and specifications.
- Prepare materials according to project guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Inspect materials and parts for defects or inconsistencies and report issues.
- Work closely with the fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of materials, tools, and production progress.
Work Experience - Experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
- Sit-down forklift experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/factory setting with exposure to noise and temperature variations.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
