This position supervises three sites: Roanoke, NRV, and Franklin. Responsibilities include:
Leading and coaching management and patient care teams to ensure quality, cost-effective services. Promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork while addressing customer needs. Supervising clinical and office staff, including hiring and performance evaluations. Resolving conflicts and customer service issues. Providing staffing coverage and managing work schedules. Monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing improvement programs. Managing department budgets and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff. Qualifications include a nursing degree, clinical experience, and leadership skills.
