Practice RN

•  Float Pool RNs perform comprehensive resident assessments, develop care plans based on individual needs, and oversee nursing staff to ensure high standards of care and resident safety.
•  Float Pool allows flexible scheduling and requires travel to various affiliated facilities across Minnesota.
•  Requirements include an approved nursing degree, current Minnesota RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
