Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including financial planning and resource allocation.
- Implement and monitor utilization management strategies to optimize patient flow and resource use.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including managed care requirements.
- Review and approval of employee's timecards and approving personal time off (PTO) requests on a bi-weekly basis.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to improve operational efficiency in both acute care and outpatient settings.
- Develop policies and procedures to enhance practice performance and patient safety.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive teamwork and effective patient care.

- Proven experience in managing a medical center.
- Strong knowledge of utilization management principles and practices.
