The Practice Head - Digital Engineering at iOPEX Technologies is a senior leadership role based in the United States, responsible for defining, leading, and scaling the Digital Engineering practice. This position will oversee all Digital Engineering Practice Heads, providing strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence to align engineering initiatives with business objectives. The role is based out of iOPEX's US offices, with a primary location in San Jose/New York/Dallas.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You will be part of the Digital Engineering Services team at iOPEX which is a new-generation Digital Service Solution Provider, transforming the way businesses operate into a digitally connected world. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership- Define and execute the digital engineering strategy for both US and India operations, ensuring alignment with iOPEX's global business goals
- Develop and manage a comprehensive digital engineering roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to both regions.
- Practice Oversight- Lead and mentor all Digital Engineering Practice Heads in the US and India, ensuring consistent delivery standards, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital engineering projects for clients in both geographies, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Client Engagement & Business Growth- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients in both the US and India, understanding their business needs and providing strategic digital engineering solutions.
- Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and support pre-sales activities to expand the practice's footprint in both regions.
- Operational Excellence- Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track practice performance and project outcomes across both regions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in the US and India.
- Talent Management- Build, lead, and retain high-performing teams of digital engineering leaders and practitioners in both the US and India.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and continuous learning initiatives to develop future leaders across geographies 11. Promote a culture of diversity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Overall 20+ years of IT experience in leading and implementing large scale complex transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in software development, enterprise architecture and emerging technologies (AI, ML & automation)
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital engineering projects for US, India, or global clients.

Compensation and Benefits
iOPEX compensation package for the role includes a Base Salary plus, in addition, you will be eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits program
- The company has a policy of Fifteen (15) days of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) for the first year and 6 paid holidays (provided that you meet the eligibility requirements of the plans and policies).
- In addition, pursuant to the terms and conditions and limitations of the Company's benefit plans, you will be eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
