Job Title: Practice Education Facilitator
Banding subject to approval
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Department of Clinical Education as a Practice Education Facilitator.
You will work closely with practice learning environments to positively enhance the learning environment for staff and students, upholding the values of NHS Golden Jubilee. Your role will involve supporting staff, practice supervisors, and practice assessors within current educational and development programmes.
The post holder will collaborate with the Lead Practice Education Facilitator, the wider clinical education team, NHS Education for Scotland, and local Higher and Further Education Institutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be an NMC UK Registered Nurse, educated to degree level.
- Experience supporting practice learning.
- Knowledge and understanding of pre-registration nursing education, current nursing educational issues, and educational programmes.
