Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a PPC Specialist (FB, LinkedIn, Search Ads). The PPC Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on various social media platforms and search engines. They will also be responsible for analyzing web analytics data, liaising with clients, and providing regular reports on campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Understand client businesses deeply-industry, pain points, value proposition-and align PPC strategy accordingly.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research, competitor analysis, and identify high-intent opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI/ROAS through continuous A/B testing, creative iteration, and bid adjustments.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visual assets.
  • Build custom performance reports with clear insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as a partner to clients, proactively suggesting ideas and campaign directions aligned with their business objectives.

What We're Looking For


  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency is a must
  • Proven ability to think strategically, beyond clicks and impressions-understand the why behind the what
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns with structured reporting and performance insights
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data interpretation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey value and strategy to clients
