About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven PPC Manager to lead high-budget campaigns across Google, Microsoft, YouTube, and more. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you'll test, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive real business results - not just clicks. You'll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.


What You'll Do

  • Manage paid search campaigns end-to-end across major platforms.
  • Optimize bids, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Build testing roadmaps and report performance insights regularly.
  • Align campaign performance with CRM outcomes (Salesforce, intake systems).
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and tech stack to boost scale and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth lead flow from ad to conversion.
  • Partner with ops/tech teams for clean data and real-time visibility.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable strategy.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through strategic analysis.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years managing PPC with a focus on lead gen, ROI, and budget optimization.
  • Proven experience managing a budget of $3M-$4M per month.
  • Proven track record of driving down-funnel metrics - CPL, ROAS, lead quality.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and smart bidding tools.
  • CRM integration experience (e.g., Salesforce) for true attribution.
  • Strong analytics skills with fluency in GA4 and dashboards.
  • A fast-moving, test-and-learn mindset.
  • Technical proficiency with performance marketing tools.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with call tracking, landing page testing (Unbounce, VWO), and automation (Zapier, Segment).
