Job Summary:The Substation Test Tech will be working on Power Control Systems, particularly SF6 breakers controls, medium or high-voltage switchgear and/or equipment testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Testing power control systems, SF6 breakers controls
- Pulling cable, mounting boxes. wiring, power up all compnents and making sure metering is good.
- Medium or high-voltage switchgear
- Substation Intergration
Work Schedule:- Monday through Friday, rarely work on weekends but contractor needs to be open to working weekends if needed, expected to travel for field service work.
