About the Role: This is a temporary position based in Sioux Falls, SD, supporting the Data Analytics team through August 2025. The Power BI Developer will work closely with our operations team to build dashboards and reports that provide insight into key data and support informed decision-making. This role may transition into a full-time position depending on business needs.
What You'll Do: - Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize operational data and KPIs
- Apply DAX to create calculations and enhance report functionality
- Partner with team members to gather reporting needs and understand data sources
- Support data accuracy and integrity throughout the reporting process
- Assist with additional data or software-related projects as assigned
Skills & Experience We're Looking For: - Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization principles
- Exposure to database concepts, including tables, relationships, and SQL
- Interest in data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Pursuing or near completion of a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
